All orders are dispatched within 14 working days, during busy periods please allow up to 14 working days.

Delivery- UK Orders

Standard Delivery- First Class

Recorded delivery- First Class Signed For

 

Joolery are not responsible for any additional courier/postage/overseas tax charges upon delivery.

 

Joolery are not responsible for any delay once dispatched. I can only advise customers of the timescales given by the Royal Mail.

Please ensure you select the correct postal service, if your delivery address is a work address Joolery advise selecting a tracked/signed for service as any loss may not be covered for a refund or replacement if standard service is selected.

 

Cancellations | Returns | Exchanges

Unfortunately my items are non cancelable, non exchangeable and non refundable unless faulty

Personalised and commissioned pieces are non-returnable/non-refundable.

Postage is not refunded.

If you have an issue with absolutely anything please contact me and I will try my upmost to ensure you are happy. I am only human and I can make mistakes...should this occur I will do my best to fix the matter as soon as I can.
